Had my windows cleaned this morning by Sparkle Squad and they were excellent. Both members of the squad (Michael and Mo) were very friendly and pleasant. They got started without needing help from me (after letting me know they were on their way and here) and did an excellent job. I’ve had the area around my pool, patio and sidewalks power washed before, but never with such great results! Mo and her team carefully hand brushed areas where there had been years of organic build up that the power wash itself was not enough. Our stonework has never ever looked so great. Sparkle Squad was an excellent experience on every front, and I’d recommend them to anyone needing a professional and timely service. From the very beginning, their communication in setting up our appointment, letting me know exactly what they would provide, and working around my moving schedule was really helpful. They showed up on time, and every employee was kind and respectful to me and my belongings. They operated in a really non-intrusive way that allowed me to do the things I needed to do around the house while they worked in the background. My windows hadn’t been cleaned in such a long time and were so dirty that I didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away at the difference it made when they were done. It wasn’t just the appearance of the windows looking so much cleaner, but it also allowed a lot more natural light into every room of the house. The Squad also pressure washed my back porch and driveway. It looked like a completely different backyard when they were done, and my driveway was white again! Years of being under trees and leaves hadn’t really taken its toll, and what seemed like a lost cause immediately turned my backyard into something I was proud of again.
